She has dedicated her life to helping others to “release the past and embrace the future.”
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, Ms. Mason was a mother by age 18. By 23, she was a single parent of three. Her first job was as a bill collector. There, she learned the value of cash and credit and embarked upon a journey to empower herself and educate others. She worked for several years as a commercial credit specialist to take care of her family. She used her experience to carve out a niche in the finance industry. That led to her first major endeavor in the early 2000’s – teaching others how to establish business credit with using personal credit and how to build business capital.
Ms. Mason is a survivor of child molestation. In 2007, she launched the Broken But Not Bound movement, which helps victims free themselves from the bondage of incest, sexual and physical abuse, and equip them with the tools to execute their vision and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
Ms Mason is a dynamic and powerful speaker inspiring audiences to overcome any obstacle, and achieve the impossible. She has written five books, including Broken But Not Bound and Choose to Prosper. Her unshakeable, unwavering and rock solid faith has brought her from living in a shelter to the successful business woman she is today.
